Thomas Lamadieu’s creates playful drawings and illustrations using the blue sky spaces between buildings. His latest pieces are set against backdrops above South Korea, Italy, Germany, Austria and Spain. In some of his images, he uses objects that are already there to double as things like hair and clothes. In a peculiar move Lamadieu utilises one of the most basic drawing platforms possible to create his artworks: Microsoft Paint.
“My artistic aim is to show a different perception of urban architecture and the everyday environment around us, what we can construct with a boundless imagination.” says Lamadieu.
