Fintan Magee, an Australian street artist, is well known for his murals throughout Queensland and New South Wales. Born in the New South Wales town of Lismore and raised in Ipswich, Queensland, Magee gained an early reputation as a graffiti artist. Eventually he earned a degree in fine arts and moved to Sydney. Described as “Australia’s Banksy”, Magee’s work is recognised for its lack of a political message, compared to other street artists, and its humour.

We had the great pleasure of meeting Magee while he was creating a piece of art at the Life Is Beautiful music festival in Las Vegas this past October.
